Mumbai Receives 38 Blade Battery E-Buses; 49 More Next-Gen Vehicles Due

Mumbai has received 38 new electric buses equipped with advanced Blade Battery technology, with an additional 49 next-generation vehicles set to arrive within a week. Manufactured by Olectra Greentech, these buses offer enhanced safety, a longer operating range of 325 km to 500 km, and fast-charging capabilities, reaching 80% charge in 30-45 minutes. The new fleet, which will boost Mumbai's bus count to nearly 2,900, will be deployed on longer routes. This upgrade promises reduced operating costs and improved vehicle stability due to integrated LFP batteries.

मुंबई को 38 नई इलेक्ट्रिक बसें मिली हैं जिनमें एडवांस्ड ब्लेड बैटरी टेक्नोलॉजी लगी है, और अगले एक हफ़्ते में 49 और अगली पीढ़ी की गाड़ियाँ आने वाली हैं। Olectra Greentech द्वारा बनाई गई ये बसें ज़्यादा सुरक्षित हैं, इनकी रेंज 325 किमी से 500 किमी तक है, और ये 30-45 मिनट में 80% चार्ज हो जाती हैं। ये नई बसें मुंबई की बसों की संख्या को लगभग 2,900 तक बढ़ा देंगी और इन्हें लंबी दूरी के रूटों पर चलाया जाएगा। इस अपग्रेड से ऑपरेटिंग कॉस्ट कम होगी और इंटीग्रेटेड LFP बैटरी की वजह से गाड़ी की स्टेबिलिटी भी बढ़ेगी।
