Hyundai Motor Group has announced a significant investment of $15.5 billion in India, set to be disbursed between 2026 and 2032. This substantial capital infusion will focus on expanding manufacturing capacity, enhancing research and development infrastructure, and increasing component localization. The move aims to solidify India's position as a global automotive hub and a key export platform for the group. The investment plan was discussed during a meeting between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Hyundai Motor Group Executive Chair Euisun Chung.
