Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke has accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of imposing an "unofficial emergency" following the five-day judicial custody of two CJP leaders. Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka were detained for allegedly trespassing into Jantar Mantar and violating peace bonds. Dipke questioned the offense of waving the tricolour, stating it has become a grave act. He urged Modi to impose emergency officially if he had the courage, asserting that the country would continue to follow Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar's constitution and ideas.
