In a major crackdown in Surat, Gujarat, police and health officials have arrested 16 individuals operating as fake doctors. These individuals, possessing only 10th or 12th-grade education, had been illegally treating patients for periods ranging from 20 to 33 years. Authorities seized a significant amount of allopathic medicines and medical equipment valued at over ₹1.82 lakh from their clinics. The clinics were found to be operating in unsanitary conditions, posing a severe risk of infection to patients. All 16 clinics have been sealed.

सूरत, गुजरात में एक बड़ी कार्रवाई में, पुलिस और स्वास्थ्य अधिकारियों ने 16 ऐसे लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया है जो फर्जी डॉक्टर बनकर इलाज कर रहे थे। इन लोगों ने सिर्फ 10वीं या 12वीं तक की पढ़ाई की थी और 20 से 33 साल तक अवैध रूप से मरीजों का इलाज कर रहे थे। अधिकारियों ने उनके क्लीनिकों से ₹1.82 लाख से अधिक की एलोपैथिक दवाएं और मेडिकल उपकरण जब्त किए। क्लीनिकों में साफ-सफाई का बिल्कुल ध्यान नहीं रखा जा रहा था, जिससे मरीजों को संक्रमण का गंभीर खतरा था। सभी 16 क्लीनिकों को सील कर दिया गया है।
