SC Upholds Lalu Prasad's Bail In Fodder Scam

The Supreme Court has upheld the bail granted to RJD chief Lalu Prasad in a fodder scam case. The apex court directed the Jharkhand High Court to expedite the hearing of all pending appeals related to the multi-crore scam. This decision allows Prasad to remain out on bail while his appeals are heard.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने चारा घोटाले के एक मामले में RJD नेता लालू प्रसाद को मिली जमानत को बरकरार रखा है। कोर्ट ने झारखंड हाई कोर्ट को इस करोड़ों के घोटाले से जुड़े सभी लंबित अपीलों पर सुनवाई तेजी से पूरी करने का निर्देश दिया है। इस फैसले से लालू प्रसाद जमानत पर बाहर रहेंगे और उनकी अपीलों पर सुनवाई जारी रहेगी।
