Saudi Arabia's Grand Mufti, Sheikh Saleh bin Fawzan Al-Fawzan, has called on soldiers to be prepared to sacrifice their lives in the fight against the Houthi rebels. This appeal comes amid escalating Houthi missile and drone attacks on Saudi territory. Saudi officials reported intercepting six ballistic missiles, following earlier emergency alerts in cities like Mecca and Jeddah. A high-level meeting between Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Pakistan is planned under the Mecca Joint Defense Agreement to discuss strategies for defending Saudi Arabia against Houthi aggression.
