Iran Shifts Trade From Sea To Land Routes

Iran is rerouting trade through northern ports and land corridors to bypass a US maritime blockade on its southern ports. Economy Minister Ali Madanizadeh highlighted the need to shift exports and imports away from southern maritime routes. While these land corridors offer alternative access to Russia, Central Asia, and Turkey, analysts suggest they can facilitate essential goods movement but cannot fully replace maritime trade capacity.

ईरान, अमेरिका की समुद्री नाकाबंदी से बचने के लिए उत्तरी बंदरगाहों और ज़मीनी रास्तों से व्यापार कर रहा है। अर्थव्यवस्था मंत्री अली मदानिज़ादेह ने कहा कि दक्षिणी समुद्री मार्गों से निर्यात-आयात को हटाना ज़रूरी है। ये ज़मीनी रास्ते रूस, मध्य एशिया और तुर्की तक पहुँचने का विकल्प देते हैं, लेकिन विश्लेषकों का मानना है कि ये ज़रूरी सामान तो पहुँचा सकते हैं, पर समुद्री व्यापार की पूरी क्षमता की जगह नहीं ले सकते।
