Liquor Shop Near Noida Observation Home To Be Shifted After JJ Board Intervention

A liquor shop located near the district observation home in Sector 80, Noida, is being relocated following an objection from the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) of Gautam Budh Nagar. The JJB had requested the district magistrate to remove the shop due to concerns about its proximity to the child care institution and its potential impact on the children housed there. Excise department officials confirmed the shifting process has begun and the premises are expected to be vacated soon.

नोएडा के सेक्टर 80 में जिला ऑब्जर्वेशन होम के पास स्थित एक शराब की दुकान को गौतम बुद्ध नगर की जुवेनाइल जस्टिस बोर्ड (JJB) की आपत्ति के बाद हटाया जा रहा है। जेजेबी ने जिला मजिस्ट्रेट से बच्चों की देखभाल संस्था से इसकी निकटता और वहां रखे गए बच्चों पर इसके संभावित प्रभाव के बारे में चिंताओं के कारण दुकान को हटाने का अनुरोध किया था। आबकारी विभाग के अधिकारियों ने पुष्टि की है कि शिफ्टिंग की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो गई है और जल्द ही परिसर खाली होने की उम्मीद है।
