A 3.5 magnitude earthquake struck near Hermosa Beach, California on Sunday afternoon, according to the United States Geological Survey. Strong tremors were felt across Southern California, including in Los Angeles and Redondo Beach. The epicenter was located approximately 3.7 miles from Hermosa Beach. Residents in surrounding areas like Manhattan Beach, El Segundo, Hawthorne, Gardena, and Long Beach also reported experiencing the shaking. Fortunately, no major damage has been reported.
