Varanasi Gets Two Elevated Highway Corridors

The Union Cabinet has approved two elevated highway corridors for Varanasi, with a total project cost of Rs 25,446 crore. These projects aim to significantly reduce traffic congestion in the holy city. The corridors will improve connectivity and ease the movement of pilgrims and local residents.

केंद्रीय कैबिनेट ने वाराणसी के लिए दो एलिवेटेड हाईवे कॉरिडोर को मंजूरी दे दी है। इन प्रोजेक्ट्स पर कुल 25,446 करोड़ रुपये खर्च होंगे। इनका मकसद पवित्र शहर में ट्रैफिक जाम को काफी कम करना है। इन कॉरिडोर से कनेक्टिविटी बेहतर होगी और तीर्थयात्रियों व स्थानीय लोगों का आना-जाना आसान हो जाएगा।
