During Dussehra celebrations, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat used the analogy of alcohol and drinkers to explain that mere knowledge is insufficient; discretion to differentiate between right and wrong is also crucial. He highlighted the RSS's nationwide outreach campaign during its centenary year, involving village, city, and home contacts, along with meetings with prominent citizens and youth. Bhagwat emphasized the necessity of continuous practice and good values for adopting 'Panch Parivartan' in life. He also stressed developing discretion in the new generation, curbing addiction, and establishing appropriate digital media regulations.

दशहरा के मौके पर RSS प्रमुख मोहन भागवत ने शराब और पीने वालों का उदाहरण देते हुए कहा कि सिर्फ ज्ञान काफी नहीं है, बल्कि सही-गलत में फर्क करने का विवेक भी ज़रूरी है। उन्होंने RSS के शताब्दी वर्ष में देश भर में चलने वाले ग्राम, नगर और घर संपर्क अभियान के साथ-साथ प्रमुख नागरिकों और युवाओं से मुलाकात का भी ज़िक्र किया। भागवत ने जीवन में 'पंच परिवर्तन' अपनाने के लिए निरंतर अभ्यास और अच्छे मूल्यों की ज़रूरत पर बल दिया। उन्होंने नई पीढ़ी में विवेक विकसित करने, नशे पर अंकुश लगाने और उचित डिजिटल मीडिया रेगुलेशन स्थापित करने पर भी ज़ोर दिया।
