Uttar Pradesh DEOs Held Accountable For Voter Roll Lapses

Uttar Pradesh Chief Electoral Officer Navdeep Rinwa has assigned District Election Officers (DEOs) direct responsibility for supervising and ensuring the quality of all voter list operations within their districts. Accountability will be enforced for any unnecessary delays, inactive accounts, incomplete profiles, or errors found in electoral rolls. DEOs are now required to log into the ECI Net system daily to review voter list progress and check the details of subordinate officials.

उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी नवदीप रिणवा ने जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारियों (DEOs) को उनके जिलों में सभी मतदाता सूची संचालन की गुणवत्ता की निगरानी और सुनिश्चित करने की सीधी जिम्मेदारी सौंपी है। किसी भी अनावश्यक देरी, निष्क्रिय खातों, अधूरी प्रोफाइल या चुनावी रोल में पाई गई त्रुटियों के लिए जवाबदेही लागू की जाएगी। DEOs को अब मतदाता सूची की प्रगति की समीक्षा करने और अधीनस्थ अधिकारियों के विवरण की जांच करने के लिए प्रतिदिन ECI नेट सिस्टम में लॉग इन करना आवश्यक है।
