Kochi MLA Raises Severe Water Scarcity Issue In Kerala Assembly

Ernakulam MLA T.J. Vinod has highlighted a severe drinking water shortage affecting several areas of Kochi, including Chittoor and Kaloor, in the Kerala Assembly. Water Resources Minister Mons Joseph assured that an emergency meeting with MLAs and officials would be convened to address the crisis. The Minister also stated that strict action would be taken against officials found responsible for lapses in water distribution. The MLA demanded immediate solutions and identification of the causes behind the reduced water availability, including issues stemming from a collapsed tank.
