Nick and Vanessa Lachey have relisted their Los Angeles home for $8.195 million, less than a year after repurchasing it from tennis star Naomi Osaka. The couple originally bought the Tarzana estate in December 2020, sold it to Osaka in 2022, and bought it back in August 2025. This marks the second time they are selling the property after owning it in separate periods. The move comes as the Lacheys prepare for a new chapter, leaving California.
