MPSC Aspirants End 10-Day Protest After Govt Forms Inquiry Panel

MPSC aspirants have ended their 10-day protest in Pune after the state government formed a committee to investigate alleged irregularities and paper leaks. The government also assured transparent recruitment for 70,000 vacant posts in the next three years. MPSC Chairman Vivek Bhimnavar has announced he is going on leave until the judicial inquiry is complete, citing ethical reasons. The committee, headed by former judge Dilip Bhosale, includes senior officials. Aspirants' demands for dropping cases against protesters and increasing Group C exam seats were also accepted.

राज्य सरकार द्वारा कथित अनियमितताओं और पेपर लीक की जांच के लिए एक समिति गठित करने के बाद पुणे में एम पी एस सी (MPSC) उम्मीदवारों ने अपना 10 दिन का विरोध प्रदर्शन समाप्त कर दिया है। सरकार ने अगले तीन वर्षों में 70,000 रिक्त पदों पर पारदर्शी भर्ती का आश्वासन भी दिया है। एम पी एस सी (MPSC) के अध्यक्ष विवेक भिमनावर ने नैतिक कारणों का हवाला देते हुए न्यायिक जांच पूरी होने तक छुट्टी पर जाने की घोषणा की है। पूर्व न्यायाधीश दिलीप भोसले की अध्यक्षता वाली समिति में वरिष्ठ अधिकारी शामिल हैं। प्रदर्शनकारियों के खिलाफ मामले वापस लेने और ग्रुप सी परीक्षा की सीटें बढ़ाने की उम्मीदवारों की मांगों को भी स्वीकार कर लिया गया है।
