Team India's Test openers KL Rahul and Yashasvi Jaiswal had a poor start to the Ranji Trophy season. Both batsmen failed to make a significant impact in their first innings. KL Rahul, playing for Karnataka, scored only 4 runs off 11 balls before being dismissed by KV Shashikanth. Yashasvi Jaiswal, representing Mumbai, also struggled to score, failing to reach even 5 runs. This performance raises concerns about the form of India's key opening batsmen ahead of upcoming challenges.
