दिल्ली पुलिस शनिवार को राजधानी में लगभग 7,000 प्रदर्शनकारियों की उम्मीद कर रही है और उसने कर्मियों को अधिकतम संयम और व्यावसायिकता बरतने का निर्देश दिया है। अधिकारियों को उकसावे पर प्रतिक्रिया न देने और शांति बनाए रखने का निर्देश दिया गया है, साथ ही प्रतिभागियों को निर्दिष्ट केंद्रों में हिरासत में लेने का भी निर्देश दिया गया है। यदि वे टकराव को उकसाते हैं तो स्वतंत्र पत्रकारों के रूप में पेश करने वाले व्यक्तियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जा सकती है। पुलिस को रामलीला मैदान में विरोध प्रदर्शन के लिए कोई आवेदन प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है। कानून और व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के लिए पूरे शहर में भारी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की गई है।
