GIFT Nifty Hits All-Time Highs in Volume

GIFT Nifty achieved an all-time high single-day volume of 457,999 contracts on September 24, 2026, with a turnover of $21.18 billion. The exchange also recorded its highest open interest at 452,433 contracts, valued at $20.93 billion. Since July 3, 2023, GIFT Nifty has facilitated over 75.68 million contracts with a cumulative turnover exceeding $3.50 trillion. This milestone underscores GIFT Nifty's role as a benchmark for the Indian equity market's growth.
