Steven Kolb, CEO of the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA), has taken voluntary leave after physically restraining animal rights protesters at a New York Fashion Week show. The incident occurred on September 13 during a COS runway event where PETA activists protested the brand's use of sheep's wool. Kolb apologised, admitting he should have let security handle the situation. The CFDA is conducting a full review of the confrontation.
