Meesho Shares Surge After UBS Hikes Target Price

Meesho's shares surged 12% to Rs 245 on Tuesday after UBS raised its target price by 24% to Rs 260. The brokerage firm increased FY29-31 NMV estimates by 7-18% and EBITDA estimates by 20-40%, citing strong seller and buyer growth. UBS expects improving ad monetization and logistics economics to drive margin expansion. Meesho's contribution margin improved significantly in Q1FY27, and the company remains confident about achieving low-30s NMV growth for FY27.
