Austin Riley hit a dramatic three-run homer in the eighth inning to give the Atlanta Braves a 5-3 victory over the Philadelphia Phillies in Game 1 of their wild-card series. The Braves rallied with two outs after Michael Harris II singled and Ozzie Albies was hit by a pitch. J.T. Realmuto had given the Phillies a 3-2 lead in the seventh with a two-run triple. The Braves closer Raisel Iglesias secured the save in the ninth inning. Atlanta now has a chance to clinch the series on Wednesday.
