Delhi-Meerut Namo Bharat Stations Shut Amid CJP Protest; Travel Disrupted

Two key Namo Bharat stations in Delhi, Sarai Kale Khan and New Ashok Nagar, were closed until 10 pm on October 10 due to a CJP protest at Jantar Mantar. This closure significantly impacted travel for those commuting between Meerut and New Delhi. Additionally, 254 trains were cancelled, and 45 Delhi Metro stations had their entry and exit gates shut. The CJP is protesting against alleged tampering with electoral rolls and demanding the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar.

दिल्ली में दो अहम नमो भारत स्टेशन, सराय काले खां और न्यू अशोक नगर, 10 अक्टूबर को रात 10 बजे तक बंद रखे गए। यह बंद जंतर मंतर पर CJP के विरोध प्रदर्शन के कारण हुआ। इस वजह से मेरठ और नई दिल्ली के बीच सफर करने वाले लोगों को काफी परेशानी हुई। इसके अलावा, 254 ट्रेनें रद्द कर दी गईं और दिल्ली मेट्रो के 45 स्टेशनों के एंट्री और एग्जिट गेट बंद कर दिए गए। CJP चुनावी पर्चियों में कथित छेड़छाड़ के खिलाफ विरोध कर रही है और मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त ज्ञानेश कुमार से इस्तीफे की मांग कर रही है।
