Wangchuk Loses 8 Kg In CJP Hunger Strike

Activist Sonam Wangchuk has lost over 8 kilograms during his 16-day hunger strike at Jantar Mantar. The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) reported his deteriorating health. A fasting student at the protest site was also hospitalised. Wangchuk is protesting against the Centre's alleged inaction on the Ladakh issue, demanding constitutional safeguards for the region. सोनम वांगचुक 16 दिन के अनशन में 8 किलो से ज़्यादा वज़न खो चुके हैं। जंतर मंतर पर चल रहे उनके अनशन की वजह से उनकी सेहत बिगड़ रही है। सीजेपी (CJP) ने उनकी बिगड़ती हालत की खबर दी है। अनशन पर बैठे एक छात्र को भी अस्पताल ले जाना पड़ा। वांगचुक लद्दाख के मुद्दे पर केंद्र सरकार की कथित निष्क्रियता के खिलाफ प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं और क्षेत्र के लिए संवैधानिक सुरक्षा की मांग कर रहे हैं।
