Delhi Metro's Two Key Corridors To Be Completed By Next Year

Two major Delhi Metro corridors, the Tughlakabad-Aerocity (Golden Line) and Janakpuri West-RK Ashram, are now expected to be completed by the end of next year. The Janakpuri West-RK Ashram corridor, an extension of the Magenta Line, has seen 87.62% of its work finished, with only about 12% remaining. The Golden Line, however, is only 79.54% complete due to delays caused by the pandemic and land acquisition issues. Initially, both were targeted for completion by the end of this year.
