Kerala MLA Najeeb Kanthapuram Booked For Blocking Court-Ordered Attachment

Perinthalmanna MLA Najeeb Kanthapuram has been booked by police for allegedly obstructing an advocate commissioner from executing a court-ordered attachment. The incident occurred at a house in Vengoor, Malappuram district, when the commissioner arrived with his team. The case was registered on the directions of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Manjeri, following a complaint by the advocate commissioner. Four unidentified individuals were also named as accused in the FIR. The MLA had reportedly behaved improperly and forced the team to leave the premises.

पेरिंथलमन्ना के विधायक नजीब कांथपुरम पर पुलिस ने कोर्ट के आदेश पर कुर्की की कार्रवाई कर रहे एक वकील कमिश्नर को कथित तौर पर रोकने के लिए मामला दर्ज किया है। यह घटना मलप्पुरम जिले के वेंगूर के एक घर में हुई, जब कमिश्नर अपनी टीम के साथ पहुंचे। वकील कमिश्नर की शिकायत पर मंजरी के चीफ ज्यूडिशियल मजिस्ट्रेट कोर्ट के निर्देश पर यह मामला दर्ज किया गया। एफआईआर में चार अज्ञात लोगों को भी आरोपी बनाया गया है। विधायक ने कथित तौर पर अनुचित व्यवहार किया और टीम को परिसर से बाहर जाने के लिए मजबूर किया।
