The case stems from incidents during a Congress-led protest in the capital on Wednesday. Several other party leaders and workers have also been named in the FIR. The protest involved leaders demanding the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, with police detaining 91 people. Priyanka and other women leaders lay on the road holding copies of the Constitution before being removed by police.
