JDU Expels MLA Anant Singh For Six Years Over Anti-Party Activities

Bihar's Janata Dal (United) party has taken strong action against Mokama MLA Anant Singh, expelling him for six years and immediately revoking his primary membership. The party also expelled his wife and former MLA, Neelam Devi, for the same duration. This action stems from allegations that Singh worked against the party's candidate in the Legislative Council elections, actively campaigning for an opposing party's nominee. He is also accused of consistently disregarding party directives and using disrespectful language against leadership, constituting anti-party activities.

बिहार की जनता दल (यूनाइटेड) पार्टी ने मोकामा के विधायक अनंत सिंह के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए उन्हें छह साल के लिए पार्टी से निकाल दिया है और उनकी प्राथमिक सदस्यता तत्काल प्रभाव से रद्द कर दी है। पार्टी ने उनकी पत्नी और पूर्व विधायक नीलम देवी को भी इतने ही समय के लिए निष्कासित कर दिया है। यह कार्रवाई इस आरोप के कारण हुई है कि सिंह ने विधान परिषद चुनावों में पार्टी के उम्मीदवार के खिलाफ काम किया और विरोधी दल के उम्मीदवार के लिए सक्रिय रूप से प्रचार किया।
