बेंगलुरु अपार्टमेंट मालिकों को नए संपत्ति कानून की जानकारी दी गई

कर्नाटक के सीएम सिद्धारमैया ने बेंगलुरु के अपार्टमेंट मालिकों को प्रस्तावित कर्नाटक अपार्टमेंट (स्वामित्व और प्रबंधन) अधिनियम, 2026 के बारे में बताया। इस नए कानून का मकसद खरीदारों के हितों की रक्षा करना और उनके पूरे मालिकाना हक को सुनिश्चित करना है। यह अधिनियम प्रॉपर्टी के सौदों में पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही लाएगा, ताकि खरीदारों को वही मिले जिसका वादा किया गया था।
