Stellantis to Triple India Manufacturing for Exports

Stellantis plans to nearly triple vehicle production in India to approximately 50,000 units next year, up from about 18,000 currently. This expansion aims to enhance India's role in the company's global manufacturing and export operations. Around 60% of the increased output will be exported, with the remaining 40% designated for the domestic market. The automaker has already invested close to 1 billion euros in its India operations and will continue investing in manufacturing and R&D.
