Kanpur Man Booked For Stalking Woman, Attempting To Abduct Her Daughter

An FIR has been registered against a man in Kanpur's Rawatpur police station area for allegedly stalking and harassing a woman for over a year. The woman complained that after she lodged a complaint, the accused, Shivam Upadhyay, attempted to abduct her daughter from school. She also alleged that Upadhyay posted her photographs on social media to defame her after she refused his advances. Police have registered the report and are taking action.
