Pranati Nayak, India's sole gymnast selected for the 2026 Asian Games, is preparing for her fourth appearance at the prestigious event. The 31-year-old athlete from West Bengal will compete in the women's vault and all-around categories. Nayak's journey began at age eight when she left home to pursue gymnastics, overcoming injuries and career pressures. She previously represented India at the Tokyo Olympics and has won multiple medals at the Asian Championships, including two bronze medals.

प्रणति नायक 2026 एशियाई खेलों के लिए चुनी गई भारत की इकलौती जिम्नास्ट हैं। यह उनका चौथा एशियाई खेल होगा। 31 साल की प्रणति पश्चिम बंगाल से हैं और महिला वॉल्ट और ऑल-अराउंड में हिस्सा लेंगी। उन्होंने 8 साल की उम्र में जिम्नास्टिक के लिए घर छोड़ा था। उन्होंने टोक्यो ओलंपिक में भी भारत का प्रतिनिधित्व किया है और एशियाई चैंपियनशिप में कई पदक जीते हैं।
