गुंटूर में 58.97 एकड़ ज़मीन को लेकर 40 साल पुराना विवाद नेशनल लोक अदालत में सुलझ गया है। यह ज़मीन 1983 में सब-स्टेशन के लिए ली गई थी और किसान ज़्यादा मुआवज़े की मांग कर रहे थे। अब आंध्र प्रदेश ऊर्जा विभाग हर एकड़ के ₹23,000 देगा, जो कुल ₹13,56,350 होगा। इससे किसानों को राहत मिली है और यह लंबित ज़मीन अधिग्रहण मामलों को निपटाने की एक बड़ी पहल का हिस्सा है।
