Punjab Attracts Rs 1.9 Lakh Crore Investment

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann announced that the state attracted Rs 1.89 lakh crore in investments over the past four years, creating potential employment for 6.31 lakh people. Mohali led with Rs 9,478 crore in new investment proposals, followed by Ludhiana, Patiala, and Hoshiarpur. Mann stated this reflects growing investor confidence in Punjab's industrial ecosystem and the government's efforts to foster a transparent business environment. Several major companies have invested or expanded their presence in the state. Specialized industrial clusters are also being promoted to strengthen MSMEs.

पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत मान ने बताया कि पिछले चार सालों में राज्य में 1.89 लाख करोड़ रुपये का निवेश आया है, जिससे 6.31 लाख लोगों को रोजगार मिलने की उम्मीद है। मोहाली में सबसे ज्यादा 9,478 करोड़ रुपये के नए निवेश प्रस्ताव आए। मान ने कहा कि यह पंजाब के औद्योगिक माहौल और पारदर्शी कारोबारी माहौल बनाने में सरकार के प्रयासों पर निवेशकों के बढ़ते भरोसे को दिखाता है। कई बड़ी कंपनियों ने राज्य में निवेश किया है।
