The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has launched an official WhatsApp channel to enhance communication with its millions of subscribers and pensioners. This new platform will be used to broadcast announcements, scheme-related information, and other important updates, expanding EPFO's digital presence alongside its existing member portal, UMANG app, and social media channels. Members can follow the verified channel via WhatsApp's Updates section or direct links.
