Kerala Students Booked For Tearing, Trampling PM Modi's Photograph

A case has been registered against approximately 15 members of the Muslim Students Federation (MSF) and the Student Federation of India (SFI) in Palakkad, Keralam. The students are accused of tearing up and trampling on a photograph of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This incident allegedly occurred during the finale of a college union election campaign at MES Kalladi College in Mannarkkad. Police registered the case under Section 192 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita for provoking a riot. The complaint was filed by a local BJP leader.

केरल के पालक्काड में मुस्लिम स्टूडेंट्स फेडरेशन (MSF) और स्टूडेंट्स फेडरेशन ऑफ इंडिया (SFI) के करीब 15 सदस्यों के खिलाफ केस दर्ज किया गया है। छात्रों पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की तस्वीर फाड़ने और उस पर पैर कुचलने का आरोप है। यह घटना कथित तौर पर MES Kalladi College, Mannarkkad में कॉलेज यूनियन चुनाव प्रचार के समापन के दौरान हुई। पुलिस ने दंगा भड़काने के आरोप में भारतीय न्याय संहिता की धारा 192 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया है। शिकायत एक स्थानीय BJP नेता ने दर्ज कराई है।
