Indian Boxers Secure Three Medals At Asian Games

Indian boxers Ankush Panghal, Parveen Hooda, and Narender Berwal have guaranteed at least bronze medals for the country at the Asian Games. All three secured victories in their respective quarter-final bouts on Sunday. Ankush dominated his opponent in the 80kg category, while Parveen secured a 5-0 win in the women's 65kg division. Narender Berwal also registered a commanding win in the +90kg category. This performance ensures India will add to its medal tally in boxing.

भारतीय मुक्केबाज अंकुश पंगाल, परवीन हुड्डा और नरेंद्र बेरवाल ने एशियाई खेलों में देश के लिए कम से कम कांस्य पदक पक्के कर लिए हैं। तीनों ने रविवार को अपने-अपने क्वार्टर फाइनल मुकाबले जीते। अंकुश ने 80 किग्रा वर्ग में अपने प्रतिद्वंद्वी पर दबदबा बनाया, जबकि परवीन ने महिलाओं के 65 किग्रा वर्ग में 5-0 से जीत हासिल की। नरेंद्र बेरवाल ने भी +90 किग्रा वर्ग में शानदार जीत दर्ज की। इस प्रदर्शन से भारत की पदक तालिका में मुक्केबाजी में और इज़ाफ़ा होगा।
