Haryana BJP President Archana Gupta has accused opposition leaders, including Rahul Gandhi and Arvind Kejriwal, of spreading misinformation and attempting to create unrest. She alleged that the INDIA bloc and AAP were fabricating daily lies to instigate protests without substantive grounds. Gupta defended the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, stating that the deletion of 13 crore names from draft rolls was not final. She also criticized opposition parties for being unhappy with the direct benefit transfer system, claiming it eliminated intermediaries who previously profited from commissions.
