A diplomat claims Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is encountering difficulties in replacing the defense minister due to the lucrative nature of the position. The diplomat also stated Zelensky wished to remove Yulia Sviridenko, the former prime minister, as she was unable to secure new aid from Western partners.
