CBSE Revises Class 9 Scheme For 6th Time, Drops 3 Curricular Components

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has revised its Class 9 scheme for the sixth time in seven months, dropping three planned curricular components. The exclusions include 'Individuals in Society' and computational thinking and AI modules for the current academic year, with 'Environmental Education' to be excluded when the batch moves to Class 10. These changes aim to align the introduction of these areas with implementation schedules.

केंद्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड (CBSE) ने सात महीनों में छठी बार अपनी 9वीं कक्षा की स्कीम में बदलाव किया है, जिसमें तीन नियोजित पाठ्यक्रम घटकों को हटा दिया गया है। वर्तमान शैक्षणिक वर्ष के लिए 'Individuals in Society' और कम्प्यूटेशनल थिंकिंग और AI मॉड्यूल को बाहर रखा गया है, जबकि 'Environmental Education' को तब बाहर रखा जाएगा जब बैच 10वीं कक्षा में जाएगा। इन बदलावों का उद्देश्य इन क्षेत्रों की शुरुआत को कार्यान्वयन अनुसूचियों के साथ संरेखित करना है।
