विदेश मंत्री एस. जयशंकर ने भारत के विदेश नीति के दृष्टिकोण को बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि अमेरिका ने अपनी वैश्विक भागीदारी को फिर से व्यवस्थित किया है, जिससे अन्य देशों को भी तालमेल बिठाना पड़ रहा है। उन्होंने अमेरिका की साझेदारी को रणनीतिक बताया, लेकिन गठबंधन नहीं, और व्यापार वार्ता को लेकर उम्मीद जताई। चीन के बारे में जयशंकर ने कहा कि सामान्य संबंधों के लिए सीमा पर स्थिरता महत्वपूर्ण है, हालांकि एक समान अवसर की कमी महसूस होने के कारण आर्थिक चुनौतियाँ बनी हुई हैं। उन्होंने रूस के साथ भारत के संबंधों का भी बचाव किया और AI के लिए सुरक्षा उपायों की मांग की।
