NC Legislator Alleges Bodyguard Attacked Him; Police File Assault FIR Against Him

National Conference legislator Altaf Kaloo has alleged that his Personal Security Officer (PSO) physically attacked him and grabbed him by the neck after Kaloo reported the officer's absence. The incident reportedly occurred after the PSO became annoyed at being reported. Meanwhile, the Jammu and Kashmir Police have filed a FIR against Mr. Kaloo. The FIR accuses the legislator of assaulting a policeman on duty. Mr. Kaloo stated he is considering filing a counter-complaint and urged the Director General of Police to investigate.
