Andhra Pradesh Govt & PanIIT to Establish Deep-Tech Council in Amaravati

The Andhra Pradesh government and PanIIT Alumni India will establish a permanent PanIIT Amaravati Council in the state capital to foster deep-tech development. This initiative aims to connect universities, industries, and startups, supporting innovation and investment. A ₹500-crore PanIIT Amaravati Venture Fund will back deep-tech startups, focusing on areas like AI, semiconductors, and agritech. The council will facilitate technology transfer from IITs and establish industry partnerships to boost research and skill development, with a goal to incubate 50 startups by 2030.

आंध्र प्रदेश सरकार और PanIIT एलुमनी इंडिया राज्य की राजधानी में डीप-टेक विकास को बढ़ावा देने के लिए एक स्थायी PanIIT अमरावती काउंसिल स्थापित करेंगे। इस पहल का उद्देश्य विश्वविद्यालयों, उद्योगों और स्टार्टअप्स को जोड़ना, नवाचार और निवेश का समर्थन करना है। ₹500 करोड़ का PanIIT अमरावती वेंचर फंड AI, सेमीकंडक्टर और एग्रीटेक जैसे क्षेत्रों पर ध्यान केंद्रित करते हुए डीप-टेक स्टार्टअप्स का समर्थन करेगा। यह काउंसिल IITs से प्रौद्योगिकी हस्तांतरण की सुविधा प्रदान करेगी और अनुसंधान और कौशल विकास को बढ़ावा देने के लिए उद्योग भागीदारी स्थापित करेगी, जिसका लक्ष्य 2030 तक 50 स्टार्टअप्स को इनक्यूबेट करना है।
