Jordanian security forces have arrested three men in connection with a deadly attack on a Greek Orthodox church that killed nine people and injured around 40. The arrests followed a dawn shootout where the suspects, who were hiding in an abandoned house, were wounded. No security forces sustained casualties during the operation, which also recovered firearms. Interior Minister Mazen Al-Faraya stated the suspects resisted but were apprehended. King Abdullah II had ordered a strong response against those undermining national unity.
