Opposition's 'Save Vote, Save Nation' Rally at Delhi's Ramlila Maidan

Delhi's Ramlila Maidan is set to host the opposition's 'Save Vote, Save Nation' mega rally, with leaders from Congress and other parties expected to attend. While a small portion of the ground can be used for free for gatherings of up to 150 people, larger events require booking. Booking the main 12-acre ground, which can accommodate around 50,000 people, costs ₹50,000 per day, plus a refundable security deposit of ₹55,000 and applicable taxes. The total initial payment for a day-long booking can reach approximately ₹1.21 lakh.

दिल्ली का रामलीला मैदान विपक्ष की 'वोट बचाओ, देश बचाओ' मेगा रैली की मेज़बानी के लिए तैयार है, जिसमें कांग्रेस और अन्य दलों के नेताओं के शामिल होने की उम्मीद है। जहाँ मैदान के एक छोटे हिस्से का इस्तेमाल 150 लोगों तक की सभाओं के लिए मुफ़्त किया जा सकता है, वहीं बड़े आयोजनों के लिए बुकिंग की ज़रूरत होती है। मुख्य 12 एकड़ ज़मीन, जिसमें लगभग 50,000 लोग आ सकते हैं, की बुकिंग की लागत ₹50,000 प्रति दिन है, साथ ही ₹55,000 की वापसी योग्य सुरक्षा जमा राशि और लागू टैक्स भी हैं। एक दिन की बुकिंग के लिए कुल शुरुआती भुगतान लगभग ₹1.21 लाख तक पहुँच सकता है।
