Congress candidate Sanjay Yadav staged a sit-in at Bankipore Government Girls High School on Tuesday, alleging that CCTV cameras were missing from the counting hall for the Bihar Legislative Council’s Patna Teachers’ constituency election. Despite wiring being present, Yadav claimed the absence of cameras raised suspicions of potential manipulation. RJD candidate Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Singh echoed these concerns, planning to raise the issue with the Election Commission of India. However, JD(U) candidate Neeraj Kumar dismissed the allegations, stating the ECI closely monitors the process.

कांग्रेस उम्मीदवार संजय यादव ने मंगलवार को बांकीपुर गवर्नमेंट गर्ल्स हाई स्कूल में धरना दिया। उन्होंने बिहार विधान परिषद की पटना शिक्षक निर्वाचन क्षेत्र की मतगणना हॉल से सीसीटीवी कैमरे गायब होने का आरोप लगाया। यादव ने कहा कि वायरिंग तो थी, लेकिन कैमरे नहीं थे, जिससे हेरफेर की आशंका जताई। राजद उम्मीदवार डॉ. संजीव कुमार सिंह ने भी चिंता जताई और चुनाव आयोग से शिकायत करने की बात कही। हालांकि, जद(यू) उम्मीदवार नीरज कुमार ने आरोपों को खारिज करते हुए कहा कि चुनाव आयोग इस प्रक्रिया पर कड़ी नजर रखता है।
