Selena Gomez has sold her Encino mansion in Los Angeles for $5.399 million after owning it for approximately six years. The custom-built home, originally constructed for rock musician Tom Petty in 1989, spans nearly 11,500 square feet and features six bedrooms and ten bathrooms. Gomez purchased the property for around $4.9 million in 2020 and listed it for nearly $6.5 million in May 2026. The estate also served as a filming location for her cooking series, 'Selena + Chef'.
