Veteran Teacher Uses Interactive Methods to Boost Student Job Prospects

After 27 years of teaching, Kester Dason transformed his approach to industrial training by incorporating interactive methods like Kahoot quizzes and icebreakers. This shift came after attending a 12-day training program at L&T Skill Trainers Academy in August 2025. Dason found that while his students excelled in practical work, theory lessons were challenging. By making lessons more engaging and participatory, he has helped approximately 80 students feel more confident and prepared for government jobs. The L&T Skill Trainers Academy aims to strengthen vocational trainers across India.
