बनारस हिंदू यूनिवर्सिटी (BHU) ने विश्व पर्यटन दिवस पर कई कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए। इन कार्यक्रमों में भारत की सांस्कृतिक विविधता और पर्यटन में आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस (AI) की भूमिका पर चर्चा हुई। खास आकर्षणों में हेरिटेज वॉक, सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियाँ और टेक्नोलॉजी व AI को पर्यटन में जोड़ने पर हुई बातचीत शामिल थी। वक्ताओं ने पर्यटन की जानकारी और प्रस्तुति को बेहतर बनाने में AI की क्षमता पर जोर दिया, साथ ही गलत जानकारी और प्राइवेसी की चिंताओं के प्रति आगाह भी किया। इस कार्यक्रम में 'एक भारत श्रेष्ठ भारत' की भावना को दर्शाते हुए, AI के ज़िम्मेदाराना इस्तेमाल पर ज़ोर दिया गया, ताकि यह इंसानी ज्ञान को सहारा दे और स्थानीय समुदायों का सम्मान करे।
