The farmers' outfit alleged forceful loan recovery despite a severe drought, citing harassment by recovery agents. Leaders claimed activists damaged office property after being dissatisfied with responses. The group warned of intensified agitation, including setting offices ablaze, if harassment continues. Police stated action would be taken upon receiving complaints from the finance firms.

महाराष्ट्र के नांदेड में सोमवार को क्रांतिवीर शेतकरी संघटना ने श्रीराम फाइनेंस और बजाज फाइनेंस के दफ्तरों में तोड़फोड़ की। किसानों के संगठन का आरोप है कि भयंकर सूखे के बावजूद जबरन लोन वसूला जा रहा है और रिकवरी एजेंट परेशान कर रहे हैं। नेताओं का कहना है कि जवाब से असंतुष्ट होने के बाद कार्यकर्ताओं ने दफ्तर की संपत्ति को नुकसान पहुंचाया। समूह ने चेतावनी दी है कि अगर उत्पीड़न जारी रहा तो दफ्तरों में आग लगाने सहित आंदोलन तेज किया जाएगा। पुलिस ने कहा कि फाइनेंस कंपनियों से शिकायत मिलने पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
