The second phase of house construction for survivors of the Mundakkai-Chooralmala landslides in Wayanad's Elstone Estate will be completed by October 31. Agriculture Minister T. Siddique announced that the draw for house allotment will occur this month, with 149 houses nearing completion. Additional facilities like an anganwadi and market are expected by November. The government is also considering a school and a skill park, with tendering for the latter to begin soon. Financial assistance guidelines for loan liabilities and damaged properties have been approved.

वायनाड के एलस्टोन एस्टेट में मुंडक्काई-चूरालमाला भूस्खलन पीड़ितों के लिए घर बनाने का दूसरा चरण 31 अक्टूबर तक पूरा हो जाएगा। कृषि मंत्री टी. सिद्दीकी ने घोषणा की कि इस महीने घर आवंटन के लिए ड्रॉ निकाला जाएगा, जिसमें 149 घर लगभग पूरे हो चुके हैं। आंगनवाड़ी और बाज़ार जैसी अतिरिक्त सुविधाएं नवंबर तक शुरू होने की उम्मीद है। सरकार स्कूल और स्किल पार्क पर भी विचार कर रही है, जिसके लिए जल्द ही टेंडर प्रक्रिया शुरू होगी। ऋण देनदारियों और क्षतिग्रस्त संपत्तियों के लिए वित्तीय सहायता दिशानिर्देशों को मंजूरी दे दी गई है।
